Currently, Verdansk ships to United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international destinations in the future.
⏱️ Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

📬 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

⚠️ Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, some factors may cause delays:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Holidays and peak seasons
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 14 days.
Incorrect Address: Verdansk is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout.
